Polution of the planet becomming critical

WEST CHESTER, Pa. - Oct. 11, 2013 - PRLog -- In a news story on October 10, 2013 a group of researchers headed by Camilo Mora a biological geographer at the University of Hawaii predict that by the year 2047, every year that follows will be hotter than the record setting scorcher of 2005 which was the hottest year in the last 150 years of record keeping. . This projection is based on weather observations, computer models and other data and attributed to the continually increasing emissions of greenhouse gases that we humans emit through the burning of coal, oil and natural gasses.

I am a seventy-four old retired engineer/entrepreneur and think this threat of basic air pollution is overshadowed by more disruptive and sinister activities currently taking place on this planet. A population explosion resulting in pollution and starvation, land disruption, plant and animal extinction, government corruption, crime, addiction to legal and illegal narcotics and drugs, a breakdown of moral codes and wars with ever increasing lethal weapons are a greater concern for our survival.  We may never get to 2047. If we don’t come to our senses we will share the same experience that happened to the inhabitants in Knotcher Land. Their fate is revealed in a novel by the same name.
