The IICandM Announces a new Country team in Bulgaria

CANTERBURY, U.K. - Oct. 10, 2013 - PRLog -- [Canterbury, England – 9th October 2013] - The IIC&M (previously ECI) has a new set volunteers heading up Bulgaria. The IICandM Bulgaria team is led by International Head of Bulgaria, Teodora “Teddy” Anguelova. With her are deputy Cilia Stoianova and Katrin Prentice as the Head of Accreditation.  The team is growing and supported by both local and International team of Accreditation Assessors.

The IICandM Bulgaria team adopts the same programmes as the IICandM headquarters and the rest of the IICandM Country teams. The coach and mentor individual accreditation process remains that if a coach and mentor is a graduate from an IICandM accredited training programme, they will enjoy a cost-effective and streamlined process.

IICandM Bulgaria Team invites new coaches and mentors to become an accredited coach and mentor with the IIC&M in order to raise the standard of their profession. Those who practice coaching and mentoring as part of their profession are welcomed to become an Associate member. Companies in Bulgaria who employ coaches and mentors for their executives are recommended to engage with the IICandM Bulgaria team for the directory of Bulgaria professional coaches and mentors to ensure an effective coaching and mentoring experience.

To highlight, IICandM Bulgaria team is conducting a 3-day event on “Coaching Fundamentals Certificate” with Katrin Prentice as the speaker on 18^th-20^th October, 2013. Teodora Anguelova is also one of the speakers of the event to present the new coaches in the coaching profession. In the coaching profession, coaches are obliged to become accredited and maintain a number of credits for their continuing professional development.
