State College Marketing Agency Impressions Takes Home Two American Graphic Design Awards

Impressions whq, a New-York-esque marketing & communications agency, was awarded two American Graphic Design Awards by Graphic Design USA for their work for clients, The Pennsylvania State University Forensic Sciences program and The State Theatre.
 
STATE COLLEGE, Pa. - Oct. 9, 2013 - PRLog -- The American Graphic Design Awards is a four-decade-old competition that honors outstanding creative work crafted by members of the graphic arts community.  Judges select the winners from over a thousand submitted entries that span 23 categories, ranging from print and packaging to internet and interactive design.

These prestigious awards were given to Impressions whq for the agency’s innovative and creative design work. Creative Director and owner of Impressions, Michelle Damiano and lead graphic designer Zack Sheffield led the team.

For The Pennsylvania State University Forensic Sciences program, Impressions created an innovative and unique brochure for the Master's program that will be used to recruit prospective students. The piece highlights the prestigious credentials of the program as well as faculty, staff, and research high points.

For The State Theatre, a local nonprofit, Impressions submitted a series of marquee posters that highlight the various shows and acts. Some of these works may be familiar to State College as they have been displayed around town over the past several months.
