Build Teamwork, Morale and Engagement
Team games and challenges help customer service professionals build bonds, improve communication, and enhance teamwork during Customer Service Week.
Despite that lofty goal, customer service professionals are dressing up, letting their hair down and celebrating in a big way this week with activities that combine fun and a purpose.
One of those activities is the popular Collaborative Building Challenge. In this team-building activity, individual teams are asked to make an exact replica of a tower, which has been created by the team leader. Unfortunately, no one team will receive all of the materials that they need. As teams struggle to create the tower they will realize that by sharing materials they can all achieve a better end result than by acting alone.
