Bidco Bags Iso 22000 Food Safety Certification

The certification confirms the company’s impeccable Food Safety Management Systems in keeping with international standards, from manufacturing to supply chain partners.

ISO 22000 is a recognized food safety certification. Food safety hazards can occur at any stage in the food chain and it is critical that controls are in place throughout the food chain. The certification is applicable to the entire supply chain and all stages of a product lifecycle.  Contamination is a matter of great concern in the food industry and hence ISO 22000 also applies to secondary supply chain members such as equipment producers, packagers, manufacturers of cleaning agents, food additives and ingredients.

The certification validates the ability of the manufacturer to keep a close watch on the product till it reaches the consumers hands and if required, recall the product from any point in the supply chain in the shortest time possible.
