Water or Steam Released Stable, Bleach, Dry Actives in Scrubby Nonwoven Mopheads, Toilet Wands.

TOMS RIVER, N.J. - Oct. 8, 2013 - PRLog -- These multi-use, water activated, scrubber heads were developed for a number of product categories, such as for toilet wands, mops, wipes, etc. We are now seeking a meaningful synergistic product line and a company that may have a direct need for this patented technology in the Home Cleaning and Disinfection, Laundry, Personal Hygiene, and other meaningful Categories.

Many floors, toilets, bathtubs, sinks,and other hard surfaces have dried, difficult to remove,residue, soils, etc., that are unable to be removed even with a Steamer. These mired surfaces require good scrubbing with a durable bonded highloft, well known for their scrubbing ability such as the bonded highloft attachments to 3M sponges for example. Our technology describes a variety of easily released, stable, cleaners, disinfectants and deodorizers contained within the nonwoven fibers  as dried particulate or encapsulated, individula stable formulation. These seperate actives are released when exposed to water, steam, or other solutions coming together and mixing to form a complete formulation normally not stable under ordinary vat, manufacturing conditions.

Use these bonded highloft pads to scrub, disinfect, deodorize, a surface etc. with the water released dry formulations or encapsulations within. Steam or water easily passes through the porous substrate releasing a variety of encapsulated cleaners, disinfectants, deodorizers, etc.  As the various formulations are individually segregated within the substrate, stability is not a problem as compared to emulsion coatings that require heat and time to dry. Very few locations of dry actives, or formulated encapsulations are needed within the substrate pad for excellent performance, and total formulations released to clean, disinfect, deodorize,etc. Please examine US Patent 8,173,857 attached which details such a pad that can be charged with a variety of water activated dry, or encapsulated formulations. We also have an additional Patent pending that can become a CIP for your more customized work.Its now possible to add Bleach in dry form to this useful scrubbing, bonded highloft nonwoven without loss of efficacy,while blending it with other detergent cleaners, etc. directly on the hard  surface or aqueous solution.
