Wynwood Rooftop Spaces: 500SF-15,000SF, panoramic city & Bay views, Open Air or Tented.

Artist Facility, 2 interior galleries 600SF - 2600SF, plus full open air courtyards, prep kitchen

Wynwood Lounge Space: full bar & cocktail lounge, gallery, open air garden terrace, working kitchen and staff.

Private Warehouse: Spaces 5,000 SF Gallery, Loft with working kitchen.

Rates start at $1,500-$5,000 per day depending.

Wynwood Arts District is one of the featured venues for Art Basel’s satellite shows. It’s home to over 70 art galleries, and scores of talented new and experienced artists local to Miami, Florida. The district predominantly features artists working in graffiti and street art, but there are many other genres to peruse. A preview can be glimpsed every second Saturday’s of the month if you’re visiting before December.
