The first-place winner receives $75, second place $50 and third place $25. All winners get an autographed copy of Power Up: Taking Charge of Your Financial Destiny, the money-management and debt-busting guide from Consolidated Credit’s founder Howard Dvorkin, a renowned CPA who’s been featured as a finance expert on FOX News, CBS Nightly News, CNN and countless other media outlets. "Halloween is one of the busiest shopping holidays, with people spending upwards of $50 just on costumes," says Dvorkin. "We want to show consumers how easy it is to create a great costume on a budget.” The contest requires entrants to share a photo of a homemade Halloween costume that was put together for $15 or less.
