Vida Fitness to Host First Annual "Dance 'Til Dawn" Zumbathon at the Howard Theatre

WASHINGTON - Oct. 3, 2013 - PRLog -- Washington, DC – Step into the rhythm of fall by looking great and staying fit with the help of VIDA Fitness. On Monday, October 21, VIDA Fitness will host its first annual “Dance ‘Til Dawn” Zumbathon – a one-of-a-kind Zumba experience held at the recently restored historic Howard Theatre.

The two-hour dance party is open to the public (both for VIDA members and nonmembers) and will kick off at 7:00 p.m. in the theater’s newly renovated auditorium. Join a super suave team of VIDA Fitness instructors for electrifying fitness and non-stop Zumba fun with a special appearance by Zumba Jammer, Jose Asmat.

A “Masquerade Social” will immediately follow the dance party from 9:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. that includes access to Howard Theatre’s full bar and food menu and a live performance by musical guest Elijah Rock. Costumes are optional but are strongly encouraged. Zumba dance party swag, prizes and giveaways will be raffled throughout the evening.

Zumbais a Latin dance inspired fitness program that includes music with fast and slow rhythms as well as resistance training, and will tighten and tone bodies from head to toe.
