COLUMBUS, Ga. - Oct. 4, 2013 - PRLog -- Working over 30 years in the health business, Cathy Alford has dedicated an immense amount of time to her clients.  At one point in everyone’s life, we reach a situation that approaches life in different ways.  Most of the time, we don’t stop and think about how each individual differs and how we affect other people.  If we all could sit back and think about ways to change ourselves and our thoughts, we can grow as a person to build better relationships with ourselves and the people around us.

On Friday, October 04, 2013 at 4 p.m. EST, Spotlite Radio will have the pleasure of welcoming life and leadership coach and consultant at Life Works Resource Group, Cathy Alford.  Cathy’s coaching focuses on support and she encourages people to stop and look to what environment you do best in, which will help you to excel in your life to be a better person.  Everyone is wired differently and with Cathy’s coaching technique, she will help you to grow to become a better person.  Cathy enjoys watching her clients to grow to discover and develop themselves, living life to the highest potential and acting on their reactions of how they affect those among them.

Cathy will share with her listeners how her style of coaching helps people to identify with their natural gifts and abilities.  Through assessments and conversations, Cathy develops relationships with her clients discovering what is unique about each individual person.  Through assessing her clients, she locates where they are in life, where they want to be and steps they will take to achieve their goals.  After making a plan of action, Cathy supports her clients to make the giant leap to success.

As a compassionate life coach, Cathy wants to help all of her clients who feel that they are stuck in their current life situation.  Cathy wants nothing more than for everyone to live a productive and successful life and wishes for people to get out of that rut they are stuck in.  People have dreams and goals that they cannot accomplish and with Cathy’s help she knows that she can help anyone reach the top and progress through their hard times.
