Victory Parking Teams with QuickPay to Offer Speed, Convenience and Value-Added Services to Patrons

Located in close proximity to Xcel Energy Center-home of the Minnesota Wild hockey team-the Victory Parking Ramp handles extremely high parking volumes. With QuickPay, Victory Parking’s customers can save both time and money when they pay for parking using their mobile phones and the free QP QuickPay® smartphone app, available for iPhone® and Android™, or by SMS text.

With QP QuickPay, parking patrons can enter and exit the facility using just a phone, without taking a ticket or waiting in line at the cashier. Drivers use the app to scan a code at entry, raising the gate. To exit, drivers scan a code again, the gate goes up, and the drivers’ credit card is automatically charged as they drive out. The convenience is even higher during peak afternoon rush hours.  Patrons using QP QuickPay can now exit the ramp using the transient parking lane or the “monthly only” parking lane, dramatically speeding their exit during these peak times.  Customers attending the Minnesota Wild hockey games or other special events who park at the Victory Parking Ramp previously could only pay with cash. Now with the QP QuickPay mobile payment platform, customers can use their credit cards.

Beyond convenience and time savings, patrons using QP QuickPay also save money.  Visitors parking for longer than one hour receive discounted parking rates over the posted rates.  Victory Parking is offering additional discounts during the first 30 days of launch.  In the future, users may enjoy extra discounts and other benefits as part of a special rates and loyalty program enabled by the QP QuickPay system.
