By: Guilford County PAGE The event is a program entitled “TIP-ical Kids: Social and Emotional Aspects of High Ability Children and Youth” and presented by Dr. Rick Courtright of Duke TIP. Courtright is a gifted education specialist with more than 40 years’ experience and insights in the characteristics of gifted/talented students.
