The app is a portable tool that allows clinical assessors to create, personalise and confirm care plans in a significantly reduced amount of time, whilst operating safe and best practice. It will support clinical assessors to focus on patients and ensure they immediately receive the exceptional care for which Newcross is renowned.

By centralising assessment procedures onto one digital platform, Newcross clinical assessors do not need to complete duplicate documentation, and every care plan that goes into a client’s home is legible and clear. Care plans are generated to a uniform standard, ensuring all Newcross clients receive a consistent and high quality experience at all times. Newcross recognises that client needs vary contextually and on a case-by-case basis, which is why every element of a care plan can be overwritten and amended at an assessor’s discretion to facilitate a personalised approach to care.
