Hioki Extends Global Manufacturer Warranty to Three Years

UEDA, Japan - Sept. 30, 2013 - PRLog -- Test and measurement equipment leader Hioki E.E. Corporation announced the extension of their worldwide manufacturer warranty for major handheld products from one to three years at no additional cost, ensuring that customers can purchase Hioki products with confidence and a peace of mind.

Over the past few years, the company has been actively working on building its global brand under its quality assurance policy of delivering high quality products and services that gain customer satisfaction and trust. A similar policy was already in place for customers in Japan, but this new policy will now apply to all Hioki customers worldwide.

The duration of the warranty for Hioki products vary, with field measuring instruments generally receiving three years of coverage and other products the traditional one year.

Products shipped from October 1, 2013, will all include a warranty certificate within the manual indicating the warranty period and the Hioki promise that the product has passed a series of demanding tests at Hioki to ensure an exceptional level of quality.
