Barrington Hall Fall 2013 Cooking Classes

Join Chef John Wilson in the kitchen of Barrington Hall for a series of cooking classes on Tuesdays in October, November and December.
 
ROSWELL, Ga. - Sept. 29, 2013 - PRLog -- Chef John Wilson is back in the kitchen of Roswell's historic Barrington Hall to lead a series of cooking classes appropriate for fall dining. Under this culinary expert's engaging tutelage, class members prepare a full menu beginning with an overview of the recipes, followed by hands-on participation in bringing the menu to completion and finishing with a group dining experience in the spacious kitchen of the historic property.

Class dates and themes are as follows:

October 15, 2013 - Pasta Workshop

October 29 & 30 - Fall in New England

November 5, 2013 - PIes and Tarts

November 12, 2013 - Tamale Workshop

November 19, 2013 - Turkey Workshop

December 3, 2013 - Holiday Cocktail Buffet with Lemon Drop Martinis

Class price is $50 per person and includes lesson, food, recipes to take home and wine with dinner. A mini-tour of Barrington Hall is also included. Classes are limited to 10 people and advance reservations are necessary. Call 770-640-3855 to reserve a spot.
