Phoenix Property Management Company Releases New Ways for Tenants to Pay Rent

According to Jason the first new payment method that tenants may use is Cash Payments at any 7-11 or Ace Cash Express Stores. "We like this solution because a lot of tenants will go to these stores and buy money orders and mail them into us. With cash payments being accepted directly at the store there is no need to get money orders and no need to mail them each month all the tenant has to do is take their payment voucher into any of these stores with their cash and hand it over to the clerk who will scan the barcode and enter the money and print out a receipt." The second payment solution that iDeal Realty & Management has implemented as a connivence factor for its tenants is online payments using a debit or credit card. Jason warns that this convince does come at a cost "We are pleased to offer the ability to accept credit cards for rent payments however it does come at an increased cost to the tenant since they will be paying the processing fee which ranges from $17-$37 per transaction. However we have tenants that like the flexibility that being able to pay with a credit card provides." Although iDeal Realty & Management has rolled out two new payment options tenants can still use the online ACH payment feature without any additional charges, as well they may still mail in their checks each month or stop by their office at 9051 W Kelton Lane, Suite 10 in Peoria, Arizona and make their payment in person.
