Travel Weekly's Magellan Awards Honors VIP Vacations with the Travel Agency Silver Award for Innova

WHITEHALL, Pa. - Sept. 30, 2013 - PRLog -- VIP Vacations was honored to receive the 2013 Magellan Award for Travel Agency Innovation for a website. The Travel Weekly Magellan Awards honors and recognizes the best in travel in various categories for resorts, cruise lines, destinations, online travel services, and airlines. A panel of thirteen travel industry professionals, including travel blogger Johnny Jet, National Geographic editor and columnist Costas Christ, and executive director/CEO of Tourism Cares Bruce Beckham, judged the various categories based on "a high standard of excellence" according to Travel Weekly. Travel Weekly announced the 2013 Magellan Awards earlier this September.
