Colorado Flood Relief The Conditioning Classroom Walk to donate

CENTENNIAL, Colo. - Sept. 26, 2013 - PRLog -- You know how we’re always talking about your NEA (Non-Exercise Activity)?  Well, we’re going to commit the month of October to helping you incorporate more NEA into your life.  How about walking?  Walking the dog, walking your spouse, walking to the store, walking at lunchtime . . . you decide.

Thus the name of the 10^th month:  (W)october!

How about just 5 miles a week?  That’s 5 miles a week extra – over and above what you are doing right now.

And now for the incentive (other than the fact that you are increasing your NEA, which should be incentive enough!!!):

If you are willing to document your walking for the month, The Conditioning Classroom will make a donation to ColoradoGives.org which has been set up to assist our neighbors who have been affected by the recent flooding.  We have a special portal that we can contribute to which has been guaranteed that 100% of all monies collected will go to victims.

If you decide to sign up and document your miles, we will contribute $5 to the fund. If you complete 20 miles in the month (5 miles a week for 4 weeks), we will contribute $10 to the fund.  BONUS:  If you complete 31 miles in the month (1 mile each day), we will contribute $20 to the fund.

So, get your family involved.  Invite your friends to do it with you.  We will donate for each person that commits to documenting their walking for the month of (W)october. Go to http://www.theconditioningclassroom.com/woctober/ and fill out the simple registration form.  Then go to http://www.theconditioningclassroom.com/woctober-directions/ and print a workout calendar to keep track of your miles.  Please email us at the end of each week with your mileage total so we can update our master calendar here at the studio.
