The first batch of ladies graduated earlier this week from the academy upon successful completion of an exciting pastry-making programme. Mr Simon stressed, “Making Pastries is an exact science requiring precise measurements and timing, patience and the ability to tell when something is done. A perfect pastry is light and airy and requires a lot of practice. I think all participants have done incredibly well and seem to have enjoyed the classes. We have got a wonderful feedback with a whole lot of bookings for the upcoming months.”
