PakuBox: Monthly Gourmet Japanese Snacks straight to your door!

NEW YORK - Sept. 26, 2013 - PRLog -- PakuBox is a monthly Japanese gourmet snack subscription box with a mission to spread Japanese culture through food. Tami Yamazaki, also known as "Mama Paku," will curate all products that go into each PakuBox to ensure a worry free, new food experience. Interactive how-to and educational videos about Japanese culture and food will be posted weekly and will be accessible to everyone.

Tami Yamazaki was born in the U.S. but grew up in a very traditional Japanese household and has been cooking since she was 7. Her grandfather from Japan worried about his grandchildren being raised in the U.S. without experiencing authentic Japanese foods, so he sent 30lbs of Japanese food products in a box to Tami's family for Christmas every year. She wants to share this fondest childhood memory with everyone.

Pakubox is currently running their crowdfunding campaign on Indiegogo to help secure Japanese food products for future PakuBoxes. 100% of funding will go to importing more delicious goodies from Japan.
