Epoxy ESD Flooring Prevents Damage in Static Sensitive Electronic Assembly Areas

DELIVERING THE SOLUTION

-Preparation of all concrete
-Installation of backer rods into control joints
-Filling of joints with flexible epoxy filler
-Profiling the concrete
-Application of epoxy primer coat
-Connection of copper tape between floor and ground points every 2,000 sq. ft.
-Application of a three-component urethane

APW solicited flooring bids three months prior to moving to their new facility. “Rob provided samples and participated in all group discussions,” comments West. “Not only was he highly recommended by one of our customers, but his proposed seamless flooring solution was more cost effective  than the tiling solution we originally sought.”
