ATLANTA - Sept. 24, 2013 - PRLog -- YUMA, ARIZONA— Mazda recently announced that it will be introducing a subcompact crossover vehicle in the next year!

According to Takashi Yamanouchi, Mazda president, at the Frankfurt Auto Show, Mazda currently has two new crossover vehicles in development—a midsize and a subcompact. While Mazda already has the CX-9 midsize crossover, the subcompact crossover would be a new entry into the segment.

Speculation says that the new Mazda subcompact crossover may be built on the same platform as the 2014 Mazda 4 compact sedan and hatchback.
