TEMPORARY STAFFING COMPANY FIRST TO PROVIDE HEALTH CARE FOR TEMP STAFF

All Team Staffing of Western New York has been working with Lawley Benefits Group to craft the first affordable private health insurance package for its employees, including temporary workers.

This move was one of professionalism.  All Team Staffing is working to provide the most professional temporary employees to Western New York employers; and offering a full benefits package was seen as a giant step forward in employment recruiting.

"As I have watched our government fight over healthcare, and who gets what, I decided we needed to stop watching.  All Team needs to step up and lead," reported Wayne Brown, Executive Director of All Team Staffing.

Brown approached Lawley back in February of 2013, and through hard work, they made sure to craft a healthcare package unique to All Team’s needs that would offer quality health benefits at affordable prices for people working full or part time.

All Team recognized the opportunity to provide a healthcare package for workers that may only be working part time, but work extremely hard and want something to show for it.

“Too many hard workers are being unnoticed.  Someone may work with three different companies, but not enough to qualify for benefits with any one company.  We want to make sure their hard work and dedication is rewarded,” Brown added.

The only All Team requirements to insurance are that an employee must be working a steady minimum of 19.5 hours per week, for at least 60 days.  All Team is actively hiring laborers and janitors, serving staff including kitchen staff, banquet servers, and bartenders, and office workers of multiple positions.  All candidates must submit to full drug and background check.
