White Haven Pa. August 27, 2012 --- Sylvia Lafair, PhD does it again! Her new website GUTSY WOMEN LEAD is filled with information for women leaders who are ready to make their mark on the world.

Her book, “GUTSY: How Women Leaders Make Change,” (http://www.gutsywomenlead.com/) (Infinity Publishing) has won four book awards including first place in the Paris Book Festival “how to “section, and Best Business Book to Read at the Beach 2013.

The website offers a place to learn about Dr. Lafair’ s Programs, including the GUTSY WOMEN WEEKEND scheduled for November 1-3, 2013 at The Country Place Retreat and Conference Center in Northeastern Pa.

Lafair has been a business consultant and leadership expert for the past 30 years and has encouraged women to speak out and be heard in their work settings in ways that create collaboration with their male counterparts. Her GUTSY website is a companion to the Sylvialafair.com (http://www.sylvialafair.com) website where you can take the pattern aware quiz to find out what behavior patterns you learned as a child that you bring with you into the workplace.

Her unique experiential processes are both fun and energizing and she has made her mark on many women who have been promoted time after time using the tools and techniques they have learned in Dr. Lafair’ s workshops.
