A spokesman for Freedom Wireless of Oakwood, Virginia, Brian Moore, announced this week that Freedom Wireless will now be offering Next G Mobile services to the companies cart of prepaid wireless services. The addition of Next G Mobile to the companies offerings will enable them to offer customers MVNO services through Verizon on the extended network. Something that the company  previously  has not been able to offer its customers.

The upcoming MVNO, Next G Mobile, offers a wide varity of prepaid cell phone plans starting with monthly plans from as low as $10. According to company spokesman, Brian Moore, the offering will open up "the market in Appalachia to an alternative to mainstays Verizon and Appalachian Wireless." Through this offering, Freedom Wireless, will be able to provide customers with an extended network platform that will not incur roaming fees or dead spots. "Whereas, traditional MVNO power Page Plus roams when on the extended network, causing confusion and inconvenience, Next G will allow our customers to have the best of both worlds, great coverage and no hidden fees," said Moore.

Presently, Freedom Wireless offers customers a wide selection of prepaid alternatives in the region and the addition of Next G Mobile should help the company expand into previously untapped markets. According to Moore, this will enable Freedom Wireless to reach out to more customers in Eastern Kentucky and rural Southwestern Virginia.
