Decision Resources Announces Acquisition of Access Group, LLC

PITTSBURGH - Sept. 18, 2013 - PRLog -- Decision Resources, Inc. (DRI), an Infor Gold Channel Partner and a leading provider of the SyteLine ERP system, announced today that it has acquired all SyteLine-related business operations from Access Group LLC, headquartered in Wichita, KS.   The acquisition is similar to DRI’s January, 2012 acquisition of Business Technology Associates in Austin, TX.

“We are extremely pleased to be able to add the expertise and experience of Access Group to the Decision Resources family,” said Bill Titus, President of DRI.  DRI has informed current Access Group customers that all Access Group employees are expected to remain with the company, and that David Worden will be the General Manager of that location.  Customers will continue to be served by the same consultants and services personnel that they have always worked with

Titus indicated that the acquisition was driven by a desire to expand the level of support that DRI provides to all of its customers. “It was important to us to not only add resources closer to our customers in the Midwest, but to also extend our ability to fully support the growing list of Infor products that we work with.”  Access Group has a strong track record of working with manufacturers in the Aerospace & Defense industry, as well as with other companies that have strong project requirements.
