Lee & Associates Negotiates $11 Million Multi-Year Lease

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. - Sept. 17, 2013 - PRLog -- Lee & Associates, one of the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firms in the country, has facilitated the $11 million multi-year lease of 9351 Jeronimo Road in Irvine.

The property is part of a four-building campus which features mid-tech and manufacturing space.

Gary McArdell and John Collins of Lee’s Newport Beach office represented the tenant Georg Fischer, LLC, which is the North American division of the Georg Fischer AG’s Piping Systems group. The 105,108-square-foot facility, owned by the Irvine Company, will serve as the company’s U.S. headquarters for sales, marketing, engineering and logistics.

According to McArdell, the new tenant will be relocating to Irvine from its current location in Tustin. He added, “Irvine serves as a prime location for companies like Georg Fischer, LLC. Placing its headquarters here will provide them with an unparalleled accessibility to the national and international market.”

Tenant improvements will be constructed to create a first-class facility to showcase Georg Fischer’s products and capabilities.
