A:  A life coach will help you start moving your life forward today.  Momentum is a powerful thing. Taking small steps can lead to great things.  My clients first need a vision of what’s possible and then we take action to see it through and reach dreams.

Q: How do you help clients discover what they really want?

A:  Clarity from deep inside is essential.  Living with passion, purpose and true intentions make life vital and rewarding.  I work with my clients to find what is essential and meaningful to them, and help them actualize their true vision.

     Q:  How do you help transform your clients’ lives?

A: It starts with vision and building true self-confidence.  It’s necessary to shift your perspective to believe that what you want is possible, and then develop the personal tools to get what you really want by embracing your passions.   There’s nothing more exciting than seeing this shift in a client’s life.

Q. How do you get a client to use their Intuition?

A:  Intuition is a powerful thing.  We all have it. The greatest guide a person has is their intuition.  It’s my job to get them to use it.  Once you are in touch with your true voice anything is possible, and limiting beliefs disappear.

Q. How do you get rid of limiting beliefs?

To eliminate a limiting belief it first needs to be uncovered.  This is a tricky thing because limiting beliefs are unconscious.  This takes focus, dedication and hard work – but it’s worth it!  My job as a life coach is help identify and then reverse limiting beliefs.  We use hypnotherapy http://hypnosis-la.com/hypnotherapy/ to tap into the unconcious and eliminate the limiting beliefs. We then establish new beliefs that are positive and empowering.

Q.  How do you motivate clients?

We all need support at critical times in our life.  Making substantial changes requires a strong support system.  As a life coach, I provide encouragement, support and motivation to reach goals and help clients become their true self.  Accountability and encouragement are the essential tools of a life coach and using them properly helps my clients reach their goals.

Q: Any final advice on reaching goals?

It all starts with taking action. One step forward will lead to many.  You have to be ready to embrace the idea of stepping outside your everyday comfort zone.  This is when life starts to really get exciting and your juices start to flow. Don’t be afraid to dream big.  We all started as little children and what sets us apart from others is our dreams and the will and courage to step out and embrace them.
