I hate to be cliché but I truly believe success is a journey and not a destination. I try to pay attention to what's going on in the marketplace and adapt, adjust, evolve as I see fit.”

Ashley makes the very important point that being a woman in business is just like being a man in business, taking into account trends in the marketplace and adapting to meet requirements. This attitude is incredibly important for the success of future women in business, and it is becoming more commonplace.

For the first time since 2008, a rise in entrepreneurship has begun in the United States.
