Sonorous Entertainment To Release New Five Blind Boys of Alabama Album Collection

TORONTO - Sept. 16, 2013 - PRLog -- Toronto, ON- September 16, 2013-- Sonorous Entertainment begins their Harvest Gospel Series with the September 17^th album release of “Harvest Gospel: Five Blind Boys of Alabama”. With the beginning of a new season comes the release of the new Harvest Gospel Album Collection, featuring gospel legends from the HOB catalogue, such as The Five Blind Boys of Alabama and Reverend James Cleveland.  Throughout their 70-plus year career, starting all the way back in 1939 as a small glee club, The Five Blind Boys of Alabama have strived to remain true to their goal to spiritually uplift audiences. Originally led by Clarence Fountain, they received their first hit in 1949, with “I Can See Everybody’s Mother”, which can be heard on this new collection. During the span of their lengthy career, the group has been honored by numerous awards, including their 2009 Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award, earning them the status of gospel legends. This 12 track album release also includes their classic “Alone and Motherless”, as well as rarely available gems such as “Hold Me In The Heart of Your Hand” and “A Great Camp Meeting.  All of the tracks available on this album have been digitally re-mastered from their original recordings.

On September 17^th, “Harvest Gospel: Five Blind Boys of Alabama” will be available at all participating retail and online outlets.
