PLYMOUTH MEETING, Pa. - Sept. 17, 2013 - PRLog -- Silk® Abstract Company announced today that it has entered into a strategic alliance with Wise Custom Realty, headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri.  Silk®, a national organization providing lender services, such as title insurance, search, REO and settlement services, to the residential and commercial real estate markets, sought out Wise Custom Realty for the alliance in furtherance of Silk®’s strategies to continue to diversify its product and service offerings, and consistent, steady growth.

Wise Custom Realty began operations in late March 2013 in Bentonville, Arkansas with a non-traditional business model designed to allow clientele to keep the costs of their real estate transactions low while maintaining peak service levels within the industry.  Wise has plans for aggressive expansion and expects to be in at least six markets by early 2014.
