Huey Lewis and the News to Rock For Charity in Hong Kong

Foreign Correspondents’ Club, Hong Kong (FCCHK) holds 12th Annual Charity Ball for disadvantaged children
 
WAN CHAI, Hong Kong - Sept. 15, 2013 - PRLog -- Famed American pop-rock band Huey Lewis and the News will rock for charity at the Grand Hall of the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) in Wanchai on Saturday, October 5, 2013, starting at 6 p.m.

Their live performance in Hong Kong will be held during the 12th Annual Charity Ball 2013 of the Foreign Correspondents’ Club, Hong Kong (FCCHK).

This was confirmed by David Garcia Hong Kong Charities (http://davidgarciahk.com) which is helping FCCHK (http://www.fcchkcharityfund.org/) to publicise the annual charity ball that, over the years, has become one of the most highly-anticipated events in Hong Kong society.

The charity event, billed as “ROCK for Charity!” is in aid of The PLK/UBS/FCC Language Training Program, The PLK/Merrill Lynch/FCC Children’s Learning Centre, The PLK/UBS/FCC Child Development Program, The PLK/Henrik Nielsen/FCC Scholarship Fund, and The PLK/Sprouts Foundation/FCC Education Services Centre.

Tickets are priced at HK$2,388.00 per person, inclusive of dinner and unlimited drinks. Dress Code: Black Tie.
