T Salon was founded in 1992 and was amongst one of the few establishments in New York City that offered consumers the experience of enjoying traditional teas.  Growing with the appreciation for tea, and the early success of Soho’s T Salon & Emporium, Miriam Novalle expanded the T Salon brand to the Chelsea Market in the meatpacking district and later to West Hollywood in LA. She has since aligned T Salon products with brands such as MAC cosmetics and New York City’s High Line, providing her teas in a pop-up fashion within the walls of already established businesses.
