"They say that 1 in 10 small businesses fail in the first five years, and of those, 1 in 10 fail before ten years, so I consider myself very fortunate," says Frank Rumbauskas.

However, he admits that he really didn't expect this much longevity. "When I started the site in 2003, it seemed obvious that cold calling was on the way out -- hence the demand for my products, particularly my Never Cold Call Again System home-study course. However, demand is higher than ever ten years later, despite the fact that today, there are infinitely more tools available to help salespeople generate leads without cold calling."

Rumbauskas has repeatedly updated his Never Cold Call Again System to keep up with technology.
