Dr. Stacey Boyle Takes Helm as Vice President of Client Services at Vestrics

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - Sept. 10, 2013 - PRLog -- Vestrics, formerly known as Capital Analytics,  announced today the appointment Stacey Boyle, Ph.D. as the company's new Vice President of Client Services.  In her new role, Dr. Boyle will oversee project teams and the delivery of services to Vestrics nationwide. Vestrics provides learning analytics software and consulting services to help corporations turn their analysis of human capital investments into business decisions.

Dr. Stacey Boyle has over 17 years of experience in the human capital space and consulted with Fortune 500 organizations on building strategic learning and development functions.  She has extensive experience in strategic consulting, program and product evaluation, assessment, measurement and product development.  Prior to joining Vestrics, Dr. Boyle was vice president of research and advisory services for MediaTec Publishing Inc. where she designed and executed the LearningElite and Diversity Value Index organizational benchmarking programs.   Throughout her career, Dr. Boyle built her expertise serving in leadership positions such as vice president of client services at Element K, senior director of blended learning services at SkillSoft, and practice director for Thomson NETg’s evaluation services.

Additionally, Dr. Boyle has served as a program evaluator for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration; a training evaluator for Andersen Consulting (Accenture); and a director of training for Platinum Technology (Computer Associates). She has taught a variety of courses, such as advanced statistical concepts, tests and measurement, and introduction to psychology.  Dr. Boyle has numerous publications in the area of workplace learning. She holds a B.A. in psychology, an M.S. in psychometry and a Ph.D. in educational research and evaluation from Oklahoma State University.
