Pediatric Associates Acquiring Karen Baldwin MD, PA and Brandon Pediatrics in Brandon, FL

TAMPA, Fla. - Sept. 9, 2013 - PRLog -- Brandon, FL September 3, 2013:  Pediatric Associates will be acquiring Karen Baldwin, MD, PA, located at 320 Oakfield Drive, Suite E, Brandon, FL 33511, and Brandon Pediatrics (Pushpa Nirmul, MD) located at 602 Venderburg Dr. Suite 101, Brandon, FL  33511, effective October 1, 2013.  Both practices will be operating out of the Brandon Pediatrics location temporarily.  A facility is currently under construction in the Winthrop area of town.  As a result of these acquisitions, Pediatric Associates will expand its presence into the Tampa Bay area and will have a total of 27 locations throughout the state of Florida.  Karen Baldwin, M.D., and Pushpa Nirmul, M.D., will join Lisa Wildcatt, M.D. to care for patients in this office.  Dr. Wildcatt will be relocating from our Fort Lauderdale office where she has practiced for the past 3 years.
