NJ Wine Festival at Overpeck Park in Bergen County in September 2013!

MONTVALE, N.J. - Sept. 7, 2013 - PRLog -- If you live in the northern New Jersey-New York City area, you'll want to attend this fabulous fall event! More than a dozen of the finest New Jersey wineries will be on hand at Overpeck Park in Ridgefield Park, New Jersey on September 21-22, 2013, for the inaugural Jersey Skyline Wine Festival, sponsored by the Garden State Wine Growers Association.

Set on the banks of Overpeck Creek, the Jersey Skyline Wine Festival will be set in one of the most beloved and highly-trafficked parks in Bergen County. With the skyline and George Washington Bridge as a backdrop, festival attendees will be able to enjoy an afternoon of great live music, food, crafts for the kids and great wine samplings. Paid attendees receive a complimentary wine glass with their admission ticket.

“We are extremely excited to bring our first-ever wine festival to Bergen County,” said Frank DiMatteo, Festival Chair of the Garden State Wine Growers Association and owner of DiMatteo Vineyards in Hammonton, which will also exhibit at the Festival.

Live music is a staple of GSWGA wine festivals. The Jersey Skyline Wine Festival will feature the Dan Merrill Band on September 21st and Total Soul Party on September 22nd.
