ISN Works introduces Dr. Bill Howatt

SEVIERVILLE, Tenn. - Sept. 6, 2013 - PRLog -- Bill Howatt started out in the mental health field, seeing clients in a clinical setting and teaching at both the college and university level.

Twelve years ago, he moved from solving individual people problems to helping organizations address people issues (i.e., talent management). He now has experience working with Fortune 500 CEOs and senior management, aligning people and processes to maximize potential and results.

Bill is known as an international expert in addictive disorders and co-authored a book series for John Wiley and Sons. He developed a 12-module leadership program that is being delivered through the University of New Brunswick in Canada. As well, he is the author of TalOp: Taking the Guesswork Out of Management and Why They Stay and Why They Go: Attracting and Retaining Employees.

He is a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers and over the past year has spoken to thousands of professionals on topics of employee health, engagement, leadership and management.
