Manarino & Assoc's Marshalls' Lease Marks 160,000 Sq Ft of Retail Deals in 2013

In its eleventh deal this year, Manarino represented landlord ROIC Santa Ana at Santa Ana Downtown Plaza, Santa Ana, California, in its lease negotiations with Marshalls of California, LLC, resulting in a signed lease for 21,634 square feet. The Santa Ana Downtown Plaza Marshalls will open in Fall 2013.
Manarino & Associates has represented tenants in 10 other signed lease deals since January 2013. They are:

Crunch (No Judgements)/Moreno Valley, 20,216 square feet with Spinoso Real Estate Group at Moreno Valley Mall, 22500 Town Circle Drive, Moreno Valley, California. Opening late 2013.
American Eagle/Calexico, 7,500 square feet with Corsair, LLC at Grand Plaza Outlets at 720 2nd Street, Calexico, California. Opening October 2013.

Crunch (No Judgements)/Tustin, 16,520 square feet with Kimco Realty at Larwin Square, Tustin, California. Opening late 2013.
