Logan Business Concepts Inc. celebrates its 2 year Anniversary

QUEENS, N.Y. - Sept. 4, 2013 - PRLog -- Since opening on August 15th 2011, Logan Business Concepts Inc. LBC has been a fast growing company. President of LBC, Jared Logan, originally from Massachusetts, moved with a dedicated team in 2011 to start his own outsourced sales and marketing firm with one goal: to be the best.

Over this time frame there have been many changes.  The office has grown from the 5 people it opened up with to over 30 associates.  We also had an addition to the staff, Tacia Maxwell, who took over as office administrator in March of 2013.  She brought 2+ years of experience in this industry to the company.

This year also saw company president, Jared Logan; receive recognition for his businesses success. He was nominated for the Outstanding Rookie Club, a distinction given to the top 15 new owners dealing in outsourced marketing and sales.  He received this award at a regional conference held in Pittsburgh, PA.

Three times this year, Feb, April and July, LBC once again received Verizon’s Thumbprint Award for the North/West Downstate Region. “We were looking to improve versus last year”, Jared says.  In its first year of business, LBC Inc. earned 2 of these awards for Feb and March of 2012.  “We still have time this year to add a few more to the wall”.

The 2^nd year of the office saw the departure of one of its Assistant Managers, Okletey Wilson-Tei.  In Oct of 2012, Okletey was presented with an opportunity to relocate to Albuquerque, NM, to work with another telecom company.  “We were sad to see him go, but part of our job is to teach people to get to their full potential, and that’s exactly what Okletey did, so we are very proud of him”, says Eric Recchia, an associate hiring manager at LBC.

This year also saw a few more top associates earn promotions to an Asst. Manager position.  The first of those individuals was Ismail Ozenc, back in Oct of 2012.  Ismail is now heading an office for Verizon in Massachusetts.  Following him was Greg Sommerer, who was promoted on May 17^th 2013.  Next was George Mayobre, who was hired and trained by Okletey Wilson-Tei, a former assistant manager at LBC. George, who was promoted on Aug. 8^th, had been with the company a little over 12 months when his performance and results earned him this distinction.

As the anniversary came closer, plans for the next promotion, which happened on Aug. 23^rd, were already in the works. Top associate, Aurora Borst, earned her promotion with dedication and hard work.

For the anniversary celebration, held on Thursday, Aug. 15^th 2013, the office staff and associates started their night at Bud’s Ale House on Steinway Street in Long Island City, NY, and then moved the party to Studio Square’s Beer Garden on 36^th Street in Astoria, NY.
