Beach, traditions, learning Spanish and an incredible view in the Valencian Community

Students of a Spanish language School in Valencia enjoy this summer experiencing a lot of different freetime activities

VALENCIA, Spain - Sept. 4, 2013 - PRLog -- Valencia. Last weekend some students of a Spanish language school of Valencia (http://en.comunitatvalenciana.com/home/home-english/493) rode by bike to the nature reserve called Albufera and visited the City of Arts and Sciences. After one week of learning spanish, this weekend the students expect a visit to the old fishing harbour Jávea in the north of the Costa Blanca, as well as the impressive view from San Anton's Cape. Furthermore they will experience the traditional bullfighing festival Bous a la Mar accompanied by eating tapas.

Some students of Spanish of a the language school spent their last Saturday at the beach El Saler in the nature reserve Albufera. They reached the beach that is almost  five kilometers long by bike and spent a beautiful afternoon with a picnic in the beach.

On Sunday the students visited the Oceanografic and the Hemisferic in the City of Arts and Sciences.

There will be further freetime activities for the students this Sunday too. After one week of Spanish classes, the students should not only learn and practice Spanish, but they should also experience the Spanish way of life. On the one hand there is a day trip to Jávea (http://en.xabia.org/). The students will pass the afternoon in the Cala Les Rotes, which is perfect to snorkle and to go swimming. The Cueva Tallada can be reached by a 45-minutes walk, but it is definitly worth it! After relaxing in the beach, the students will scout out San Anton's Cape, that doesn't only offer a magnificant view over Jávea and the bay, but also makes the view to Ibiza possible when the weather is nice.

Having this beautiful view in thoughts, the Spanish students will go to Jávea to be part of the traditional bullfighting festival Bous a la Mar (english: bulls in the sea). At this typical Spanish festival young bulls enter a bullfighting ring and brave men tease the young bulls until they end up in the water often with the participants themselves. But even if you don’t like the bull spectacle you can enjoy the typical Spanish atmosphere in this festival. Furthermore the students will have the chance to taste tapas just prepared by the fishermen in the port.

On Sunday evening there is also the football match Valencia C.F. against F.C. Barcelona, which may not be missed by a real fan. The atmosphere in the stadium of the third day of play will be fantastic and it will be a special match for sure... and hopefully it will end up with a convincing victory of our team Valencia C.F..

Learning Spanish in Valencia for the students of the Spanish language school Costa de Valencia (http://costadevalencia.com/en/1-learn-spanish-spain/1-lea...) doesn't mean only participating in Spanish classes, but also living the Spanish culture. By participating in various freetime activities, the students can practice their Spanish skills and can count small successes. A trip to the beach, to the City of Arts and Sciences or to Jávea with unforgetable impressions - like this learning Spanish is fun!

Since 1995 the language school Costa de Valencia has focused on teaching Spanish to non-native speakers. This language school, which is situated in the heart of Valencia, is a Centro Acreditado of the Instituto Cervantes and a member of many associations.

The teaching material, which is used during the lessons, is worked out by a team of well-versed teachers. One of the most important aspects of teaching in this school is the individual involvement of every single student. This way every student has the possibility to speak very much during the language course. Furthermore, both managers place big value the quality of the language lessons and a broadly diversified leisure programme.
