Walt Geer, CEO, on Vistage Panel About Creating a Great Place to Work

ATLANTA - Sept. 4, 2013 - PRLog -- Walt Geer, CEO of PictureU, participated on a Vistage panel this week in Atlanta, Georgia, for an all-city meeting of approximately 400 Atlanta area business owners and CEOs.  The panel discussion was titled “I love my job!" How To Create a Great Place To Work and What It Means To Members Who've Done It. Geer’s invitation to speak came as a result of PictureU being named one of Atlanta’s best places to work in 2012.

“We’ve worked really hard around here to make this a great place to work.  I’m really proud for our company.” said Geer.  He went on to credit the company’s employees for their role, “As CEO I may be the person on stage, but frankly it’s our people who get all the credit. They’re the ones who tell me what we need to do to make it all come together.”

During the panel discussions, Geer spoke extensively on the importance of openness and transparency within the organization. These are two of the most important values at PictureU.
