Henderson Properties announces acquisition of Faith Management Services

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Aug. 27, 2013 - PRLog -- Henderson Properties, the leading full-service real estate firm in Charlotte, recently announced its acquisition of Faith Management Services. The acquisition adds 10 former Faith Management communities to Henderson Properties’ community association management division.    Faith Management Services is based in Mooresville, N.C. The locations of its clients that have been acquired by Henderson Properties are in Harrisburg, Davidson and Union Country. Two associations are in University City and five associations are in Mooresville.    “We are excited to work with each of these associations. I know Leo and the team at Faith Management Services have built a strong foundation at each location so we really have a lot to look forward to,” said Phil Henderson, the president of Henderson Properties.    Henderson said the acquisition process was relatively simple and that the deal made sense to officials at both Henderson Properties and Faith Management Services.    “Faith Management Services recognized the growing need of high-tech systems and a larger team able to offer hands-on assistance in a wide-range of areas. Together we worked out a great deal that serves both parties and all of the involved associations best,” Henderson said.    Henderson Properties’ community association management division consists of a large team with years of experience providing association management services for single-family homes, town homes and condominium communities. Their HOA management services include responding to member inquiries, providing comprehensive board training programs and reviewing vendor contracts. In addition, the community association management division also offers accounting and maintenance services.    ABOUT HENDERSON PROPERTIES    Henderson Properties has provided the greater Charlotte, North Carolina and Fort Mill, South Carolina areas with full property management services for several years. The company has become area residents’ solution to property issues, including maintenance, HOA management, marketing, rental screening and rental collection. Additionally, Henderson Properties provides area residents with home rental and real estate sales service.    ABOUT FAITH MANAGEMENT SERVICES    Leo Martinez and Dr. Gloria Martinez founded Faith Management Services in 2005. Their mission has been to build supportive and collaborative relationships between communities and their board of directors. Once the final acquisition for the remaining communities become effective, Faith Management Services will dissolve. Leo Martinez, however, will join the Henderson Properties’ team at their office in Davidson. He will continue to manage the Faith Management Services associations acquired by Henderson Properties.
