VicinityBrew® Fall Summit heads to Beer City USA.

MARIETTA, Ga. - Aug. 26, 2013 - PRLog -- Vicinity Manufacturing™ announced today that the next VicinityBrew® Summit, will be held at Highland Brewing Company in Asheville, North Carolina, Monday, September 23rd . VicinityBrew is the first software solution developed specifically for the craft brewing industry within the Microsoft Dynamics® channel. VicinityBrew software with Microsoft Dynamics automates and integrates critical data along production, formulation, finance, quality control, scheduling, compliance, and so much more.

The VicinityBrew Summit builds from the tremendous success of the brand’s first Summit last May in Atlanta.  The purpose of the Summit is to bring together Craft Breweries from across the country. They vary in size and styles, but the shared experiences of each attendee lends to new ideas and excitement in this booming industry. Attendees include, Sierra Nevada, Highland Brewing Company, Allagash Brewing, Terrapin Brewing, Flying Dog Brewing, and Red Brick Brewing.

The roundtable interactive sessions will focus on new and future brewery management software technologies and optimizing brewery operations. Topics include Control System Integration, Calculations on a Brew (Recipe Management), Quality Control and Testing, Lot Tracking, Tasting Panel, Automating Excise Tax and TTB Reporting, Document Management, Scheduling and Forecasting, Splitting Batches, and MRP.
