jobs to other countries has suddenly reversed course and focused on domestic staffing in Midwest cities like Rockford (90 miles west of Chicago).
will be providing education & enrollment support for the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. This new project will create 200 jobs by October and the center, their second in Rockford since 2003, will accommodate another 500. "Clients are demanding locations that are economical but possess a strong work ethic and we've found that in Rockford," said CEO Scott Cahalane.
CustomerSpeak is a US-based call center company that operates multiple centers. Their agents speak with customers in eight countries using six languages daily. "We have other call center locations with comparable scale, but chose to expand in the Rockford area.
