McCann Systems Creates 40’ Wide LED Wall at Las Vegas Sports Themed Restaurant

EDISON, N.J. - Aug. 22, 2013 - PRLog -- Las Vegas, NV – McCann Systems, an innovative design-build audiovisual integrator, has outfitted Heraea Restaurant in The Palms Casino with the latest technology in high definition LED entertainment.  The sports themed restaurant has upped its appeal with sports enthusiasts by adding an enormous Tekumi, FattyTuna 4mm LED wall that spans 7.5’ high and 40’wide to their decor.  Capable of broadcasting up to 12 simultaneous sporting events at once, image quality surpasses expectations with 2,000 nits. 

The giant LED wall receives DirectTV and Cox HD channels courtesy of three RBG Spectrum quad view multi-views and an Extron Matrix Router installed by McCann Systems. Located just below the LED wall are two 80” displays that are used for video overflow and provide additional game viewing. The entire system is controlled with Crestron e-control panels and iPads, these custom programs were created by the specialists at McCann Systems.

Because the LED wall was built on a radius, every seat in the house becomes the best seat for watching sporting events.  On the second floor of the venue, however, are four private dining areas.  To ensure that privacy does not sacrifice the restaurant’s entertainment, each of these dining areas is equipped with 52” LED panels as well as a spectacular view of the giant LED wall. The upstairs bar has a banner of 46 displays on the inside as well as 55” outdoor displays on the outside for viewing from either side.
