UNlimiters Launches Online Store To Sell Products for People with Disabilities

HOUSTON - Aug. 21, 2013 - PRLog -- UNlimiters has launched an online store to sell products that help people with disabilities maximize their independence.

The store offers a variety of products that are either designed specifically to help  people with disabilities or were designed for mainstream use but can be modified for efficient use by people with physical limitations.

Visitors to the site can find  unique products, such as assistive technology, alongside more every day products, such as sunscreen or eyeliner, that others in the UNlimiters community have found to make their lives easier.

“I’m very proud of the community we’ve formed around UNlimiters,” Justin Farley, the store’s owner, said. “We’re all working together to share what we’ve found helps us live more independent lives. I don’t let my disability limit me, and I don’t think other people’s disabilities should limit them, either.”

The website includes a blog that features the daily stories of people trying to live more  independently. The bloggers write about their experiences and often mention various products that they have useful in  simplifying their lives. Anyone in the UNlimiters community can also request that the store carry products that have proven useful to them through the store’s SHOUT! Section.

UNlimiters was founded by Justin Farley in 2011 to improve the lives of people with physical disabilities by  creating a more centralized location to easily find products either modified to work for  people with disabilities or designed specifically as disability aids. The UNlimiters online store and community aims to provide a central marketplace for these items and a place where people can share their own creativity and ideas to help make somebody else’s life a little easier.
