New Movie In Development Reveals Truth About The Impact Of Blues On American Society

ARNOLD, Mo. - Aug. 19, 2013 - PRLog -- Tragik Entertainment is excited to announce America's Blues, a feature length documentary that focuses on the impact that blues music has had on the evolution of American music, its cultural impact on society, and the importance of preserving the music's rich heritage.

        There have been documentaries made that tell the history of blues music. There have been autobiographical pieces filmed that focus on the lives of blues musicians, and many live blues performances have been documented.  "There just hasn't been a movie made like America's Blues", said JT Branson who is the film's director and CEO of Tragik Entertainment. "We have taken a unique approach on an established narrative that will take you on a musical journey". They take you on an American journey that begins in the rural south and walks with you through a pop culture revolution bringing you to the state of the genre today. Aaron Pritchard, Co-producer and Vice President of the Killer Blues Headstone Project stated "It's our mission to make sure that people understand the significant impact that this music has had on our society, and that they understand that it not only molded our music, it promoted cultural diversity".

        Branson has put together an all-star team that is more than capable of telling this story. "Our newest editions are Production Consultant and Emmy Award winning Producer Joanne Fish, along with Co-producer and President of the Bay Area Blues Society Ronnie Stewart. Two great additions that bring invaluable experience to our crew" says Branson.
