Blustein, Shapiro, Rich & Barone Partner Named to List of Super Lawyers for Second Year

A graduate of Albany Law School, Mr. Barone joined then Blustein, Shapiro& Rich in 2004, and became a partner in 2005. He has 25 years of civil trial and appellate experience in federal and state courts, in addition to experience in land use, development, and planning. Mr. Barone is the attorney for the Town of Wallkill Planning Board and the Town of Minisink Planning Board. He is also admitted to the New York Bar and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims Bar, and a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
