Barbera’s Autoland Dodge Dealer Serving Cherry Hill Puts On Successful Race With ARCA

Aug. 19, 2013 - PRLog -- The Dodge dealer serving Cherry Hill promised a great time, and Barbera’s Autoland delivered as the title sponsor for the ARCA Racing Series race this past weekend. The drivers were fierce and a new record has been set.

If you were at the Barbera’s Autoland 150 held at the 2.5 mile Thunderbolt Raceway at New Jersey Motorsports Park in Millville, then you saw one of the most exciting recent races. The Cherry Hill area Dodge dealership Barbera's Autoland would like to thank everyone who attended, and the drivers for putting on an amazing show.

A New ARCA Average Speed Record
What looked like a secure win for Chase Elliot changed ten laps from the end when Andrew Ranger made his pass. Ranger retained the lead marking his third straight ARCA event win at the New Jersey Motorsports Park. Tom Hessert also passed Chase Elliot, marking this Hessert’s career-best road course finish.

This exciting race lasted one hour and twenty-seven minutes, and with an exciting finish it was worth cheering the racers on in the stands. Surprisingly, it was thirty minutes faster than the first five ARCA Racing Series events at NJMP, and resulted in an average winning speed of 81.753 mph, which is an ARCA record.

With the great success of the Barbera’s Autoland 150, the Dodge dealer near Cherry Hill, Barbera's Autoland is excited for future events. Earlier this year, the dealership sponsored local driver Tom Hessert for his 99th ARCA series start and it was an honor to see how well he performed on home turf.
